How to make every day a nice day

Sometimes it is fun to live with a whole building of old pals. The grandpa I met in the elevator this morning seems very happy.

We were both going to Garage 2. He said, garage 2 is for nice people to park their cars.

Then he said 'have a nice day' to me. After getting out of the elevator, he paused and said, actually every day is a nice day to me. you know how?

2. Pay your bill on time
3. Everything else is garbage
